1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the LinguoPath platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. Description of Service

LinguoPath provides AI-powered English language practice and mock exams intended to prepare students for the Cambridge B2 First examination. The evaluations provided by our AI are estimates and do not constitute an official CEFR certificate.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

Certain features (e.g., unlimited mock exams, advanced feedback) require a Premium subscription. Payments are processed securely via our payment provider. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled prior to the renewal date.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service to:

• Submit abusive, inappropriate, or illegal content in your writing or speaking exercises.
• Attempt to manipulate or abuse the AI systems.
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute the generated practice materials without permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall LinguoPath be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
